Ordering Information
Ordering a Grateful Dog Design memorial is a 3-step process.
1. Complete the Order Form you will find at this link.
2. Supply us with your image(s) we will use to create your memorial.
If you are sending one or more digital images, please send each in a separate e-mail to photos@grateful-dog.com. Please send at least images with a relatively high resolution, i.e., at least 200 dpi with dimensions of at least 4" x 6".
If you are mailing your photograph(s), please package them in a well-reinforced envelope and mail them to Grateful Dog Design, P O Box 1812, Austin, Texas 78767-1812. Please also send an e-mail to info@grateful-dog.com to let us know your package is on its way.
3. Pay for your memorial(s) by either mailing a check payable to Grateful Dog Design at P O Box 1812, Austin, Texas 78767-1812 or you are welcome to use Paypal for your purchase.
